We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your metal materials
  • Ensure materials are properly sorted and prepared for processing
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not bring hazardous or prohibited materials to our facility
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Pay for services as agreed upon

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing terms include:

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless credit terms are established
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment
  • Additional fees may apply for special services or requirements

6. Material Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect all materials before acceptance
  • Refuse materials that do not meet our standards
  • Reject materials that are contaminated or hazardous
  • Require proper documentation for certain materials
  • Apply different pricing based on material quality and condition

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metal Longueuil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metal Longueuil and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Environmental Compliance

We are committed to environmental responsibility and require that:

  • All materials must comply with environmental regulations
  • Hazardous materials must be properly identified and documented
  • Customers must follow proper disposal guidelines
  • We reserve the right to report violations to appropriate authorities

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Metal Longueuil regarding our services.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
