4.1 Service Providers We Use
The third parties below may receive personal information when you use our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Quote and contact form
Web3Forms processes submissions of our quote form and forwards them to us by email. It receives everything you enter: your first and last name, email address, telephone number, request type, estimated weight or volume, your message, and any photograph you choose to attach. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Measurement and advertising
These services are used to understand how our website is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. They receive information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and details about your device and browser.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google call tracking (Google LLC). Google call tracking may display a different telephone number to visitors who arrive from an advertisement, so that calls can be attributed to that advertisement. See the Google privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), used to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta privacy policy.
Hosting and delivery
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides aggregate traffic statistics that do not use cookies.
- Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects this website. It receives your IP address and technical details of your request in order to serve pages and to guard against malicious traffic.
- Google Maps is embedded on our quote pages. Google receives a request from your browser when that map loads.
- unpkg delivers a small JavaScript library used for interactive elements of the site.
Your consent
The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all until you accept cookies. Google's services apply Google Consent Mode: before you accept, they do not store identifiers on your device. If you decline, or later change your choice using the "Cookie preferences" link in our footer, we stop loading these services and delete the cookies they had placed. Services required to host, deliver and secure the website, and to process a form you choose to submit, operate regardless of that choice.

These providers are established outside Quebec, principally in the United States, and your information may be stored or processed there. See section 11 below regarding international transfers.
5. Data Security
